ABOUT ME!
Valentina Marcano (she/her) is a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator currently based in Las Vegas, originally from Goodyear, Arizona. She graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance from Chapman University, where she also pursued a themed inquiry in Spanish Language & Linguistics. Valentina’s versatile performance experience spans stage, film, and television, some of which include appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden in a special segment featuring Ariana Grande and Marissa Jaret Winokur, as well as performing and collaborating on works by renowned choreographers Brian Nicholson and Ido Tadmor during her time at Chapman. She has also danced with Tap 24.7, an Arizona-based tap company known for its innovative productions.
Her training has been shaped by industry professionals and choreographers such as Chloe and Maud Arnold, Ido Tadmor, Rhonda Sevey, Barry Youngblood, Peter Christie, and William Johnston, among others. Valentina is represented by Go2 Talent Agency and is actively building her professional career in Las Vegas while also pursuing opportunities in Los Angeles. In addition to auditioning, training, and teaching, Valentina currently serves as the Assistant Choreographer for Universal Horror Unleashed, an immersive new experience opening at Area15 in Las Vegas in August!
Other credits include working with choreographers such as Suzy Hall, Sean Kaminski, Azuki Umeda, Brandee Lara, Steven Sofia, Alicia Benneche, and Gregg Russell on both film and live performances.
